Our educational institution Le Monde was founded in August 1980 as a materialized expression and the inspiring work of our founder, Mrs. María Mercedes Ramírez Arévalo.

This educational project was motivated by the needs of the families in our community and initially gave rise to combined courses, and later our private basic school No. 854 Le Monde was established.

Inspired by traditional values—Strength, Respect, Truth, and Justice—the school incorporates throughout its educational process content, strategies, and procedures aimed at achieving the social integration of young people with constructive participation.

Due to the passing of Mrs. Maria Mercedes Ramírez in June 2000, the new administration of the school is taken over by the Sociedad Inmobiliaria Educacional Le Monde Limitada; with it come new aspirations and projects, inheriting the dreams of a goal set by the founder.

They adapted the school community to the new changes and fostered one of their main objectives: to establish an institutional framework in all areas to achieve the long-desired educational project.

Nowadays, the institutional educational project is a goal that concerns and occupies us, to the point of considering it one of our top priorities, knowing that it involves and connects all members of the educational community towards a common purpose: to provide our students with quality education.

It should be emphasized that, in recent years, efforts have been made to create the conditions for this, firmly establishing our foundations.

We have built new physical spaces.

We have formed a solid and capable teaching and administrative staff, committed to the Lemondista profile we aspire to.
